Encrybe is designed with privacy as its core principle. Your audio data never leaves your computer.
Audio Data
All speech-to-text processing happens locally on your device. Encrybe never uploads, transmits, or stores your audio files on any external server. Your recordings stay entirely on your computer.
Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to manage your license: - Email address (provided during purchase) - Device identifier (a hardware fingerprint used for license activation) This information is used solely for license management and is never shared with third parties.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Encrybe does not store your credit card information. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services. We do not track your browsing behavior.
Crash Reports
Encrybe may collect anonymous crash reports to help us improve the application. These reports contain only technical information such as stack traces, app version, and operating system details. They never include audio data, transcription text, file paths, or any personally identifiable information. You can opt out of crash reporting at any time in Settings.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, share, or provide your personal information to any third parties, except as required by Stripe for payment processing.
Data Retention
License-related data (email and device identifier) is retained for as long as your license is active. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
