These Terms of Service govern your use of Encrybe, a desktop speech-to-text application provided by DOREMI K.K.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Encrybe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
License Grant
Encrybe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to 3 devices per license. The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with DOREMI K.K.
Free Trial
Encrybe offers a free trial with a cumulative limit of 60 minutes of audio processing. No credit card is required. The trial does not expire. After reaching the limit, a paid license is required for continued transcription.
Subscriptions & Payments
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided. After cancellation, the software enters read-only mode: you can view and export existing transcriptions but cannot create new ones.
Lifetime License
A lifetime license provides perpetual access to all current and future versions of Encrybe. Lifetime licenses are non-refundable after activation. We recommend using the free trial to evaluate the software before purchasing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Encrybe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DOREMI K.K. does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, and hardware.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOREMI K.K. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revision date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For questions, contact [email protected].
